The clean version is boring and fast
A real commercial invoice, an honest value, an accurate description. Duty on a correctly-declared parcel is usually a small percentage of the goods — far cheaper than a shipment that won't move. Get the paperwork right once and the parcel clears on the first pass instead of the third.
