The front door moved to WhatsApp — and the asks got specific

More than half our new Kuwait-import enquiries now land on WhatsApp — most in Arabic, most asking for one door-to-door number instead of four vendors to chase.

A field note from this month — first person, because the shift caught me off guard.

I noticed something this month I didn't plan for.

More than half our new enquiries now land on WhatsApp — not the phone, not the form. And the asks are getting specific: door-to-door consolidation out of Guangzhou, a car coming in from Canada, a small air parcel someone needs cleared this week. Most of them open in Arabic.

That tells me two things. Kuwait importers want to describe the shipment the way they'd describe it to a friend — in their own words, on the app they already live in. And they want one number that covers pickup, freight, customs and the final drop, not four vendors to chase.

So we made the concierge number the front door. Send a voice note or a photo of the packing list, and we come back with an all-in door-to-door number. No form gymnastics.

If you're consolidating out of China into Kuwait and tired of piecing it together, message us — Arabic or English, whichever is easier: chat with us on WhatsApp.
