How fast will I get a quote?
Normally within one working hour for standard lanes. Complex or multi-leg shipments can take longer because we price them properly rather than guessing.
Do you handle small shipments?
Yes. LCL consolidation and courier both exist precisely for cargo that does not fill a container.
Can you clear cargo I shipped through someone else?
Yes. Customs clearance and D/O collection are available as standalone services whoever carried the freight.
What are your working hours?
Sunday to Thursday are our normal working days, in line with Kuwait business hours. WhatsApp messages outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
