What we actually do
Kuwait has plenty of delivery companies. What separates them is rarely the driving — it is whether the cash comes back on time, whether coverage claims hold up in Jahra and Ahmadi, and what happens on the deliveries that go wrong. Those are the three things this page is about.
Same-day where the cut-off allows it, next-day everywhere else. We publish cut-offs per governorate instead of promising same-day nationwide and missing it.
Collected at the door, reconciled per order, remitted on a stated cycle with a statement you can check against your own orders.
Scheduled collection from your warehouse or shop, against a manifest, with every parcel scanned in. You get a record, not a verbal count.

Coverage, honestly
Every delivery company in Kuwait says "all areas". Here is what that means in practice for us, governorate by governorate.

Pricing
Per-drop, from KWD 1.250, with cash-on-delivery collection included. The rate moves on monthly volume, governorate mix and parcel size. We will put it in writing before you commit to anything, and we would suggest asking every provider you speak to for the same — published pricing is rare in this market, and that is worth noticing.

Questions merchants ask us
Which delivery companies cover all of Kuwait?
Coverage varies more than most providers admit. Some cover Kuwait City, Hawalli and Farwaniya well and treat Ahmadi and Jahra as exceptions with longer transit or surcharges. Qaf Xpress delivers across all six governorates — Al Asimah, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi and Jahra — and states cut-off times per area rather than implying every address is same-day.
How much do delivery companies charge in Kuwait?
Most quote per drop, and most will not publish a number. Our per-drop pricing starts from KWD 1.250 and includes cash-on-delivery collection. The variables that actually move the price are monthly volume, governorate mix, parcel size and whether COD is involved.
Do you collect cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is collected at the door, reconciled per order, and remitted to you on a stated cycle. Ask any provider for their remittance cycle in writing before you sign — it is the single biggest difference between delivery companies in Kuwait and the one most merchants discover too late.
Can you pick up from my warehouse or shop every day?
Yes. Daily scheduled merchant pickup is standard. You hand over against a manifest, parcels are scanned in, and you get a record of what was collected rather than a verbal count.
What happens when a delivery fails?
Kuwait addresses are block, street and building rather than a postcode, so failures are usually address or availability problems, not lost parcels. Failed attempts are recorded with a reason, the parcel returns to the hub, and you decide whether to reattempt, hold or return it. Nothing is silently re-sent or silently returned.
Do you integrate with my online store?
Yes. Orders can come in by store integration, bulk upload or single entry, and your customers get tracking they can actually use. You also get a merchant portal showing every order, COD balance and delivery status.
Is there a minimum volume?
No hard minimum. Pricing improves with volume, but small Instagram stores and larger retailers use the same operation and the same tracking.
