Submit the appointment
Log in to your agent portal, fill the BL details (number, vessel, ETA), cargo description and consignee. Takes 2 minutes. Acknowledgement email within 1 working hour.
We collect at the port
Our operator tracks vessel discharge, attends the shipping-line office, pays line charges (passed to you at actual + 10%), collects the D/O. Express same-day if you flag it on submit.
Scan delivered to you
Scanned PDF lands in your portal + an email notification. Download the file, forward to your consignee or clearing party. Job complete, invoice raised separately in KWD.
