Postal codes are mandatory both sides — the carrier rates and routes on them. Phone is mandatory for the receiver (last-mile contact).

Choose the document packaging that fits. We provide it on pickup. Dimensions are fixed.
A one-line summary for customs. Avoid generic words like "gift" or "samples" alone.
List each unique item for the customs invoice. Add a line per distinct product.

Optional add-ons
An AWB is generated immediately and emailed to the sender (plus receiver if email given), with the air waybill PDF attached.
We cannot carry: firearms, ammunition, explosives, replicas; counterfeit goods; cash, bullion; live animals or animal remains (incl. ivory); human remains or ashes; loose precious stones; cannabis or derivatives; narcotics or illegal drugs; or items that violate laws of origin / destination / transit countries. Dangerous goods (lithium batteries, perfumes) need declaration in step 4.
