A short note on a service we're launching today — written for the kind of buyer who has spent 20 minutes on a courier comparison and ended up just picking the least-painful surcharge structure.
Sending a document overseas from Kuwait should not require a price comparison spreadsheet.
We're launching a flat-rate document service this week.
8.5 KD per envelope. Anywhere in the world. Either direction.
- One price covers any destination — Riyadh or Reykjavik.
- One price covers either direction — sending from Kuwait or receiving from overseas.
- Up to 2 kg per envelope (letters, contracts, certificates, legal docs, bank papers).
- Customs paperwork (CN22 / CN23) handled on your behalf.
- Door pickup in Kuwait, doorstep delivery overseas — and the reverse.
- 3–5 business days door-to-door on the express tier.
This replaces the per-zone / per-weight pricing logic most couriers use. The reason we can quote one price is we book volume into a small set of trunk lanes — your envelope rides on routes we already operate every week, not on a one-off air-waybill.
If you regularly send contracts, invoices, certificates, or bank documents overseas — or you regularly receive them back — the flat rate kills the whole "what will this one cost?" question.
