Recipient signs at the drop address (tracked/express) or receives at letterbox.

Customs documents — handled.

Most documents going abroad still need a short customs declaration. We pre-fill it from the form above. Two forms cover everything:

CN22 — under KWD 110 declared value

Short declaration. Fits on the envelope label. Sufficient for most personal letters and standard business documents.

CN23 — KWD 110 and above

Full declaration with itemised contents. Needed for legal documents with monetary value, original certificates, or anything bank-related.

"Documents only" exemption

Pure personal correspondence under 100 g often qualifies for a simplified document-only declaration with no detailed CN form. We'll select the right path automatically.

What you can't send.

For documents and envelopes, the prohibited list is short but firm. If your envelope contains any of these, switch to our freight service or message us first.
