How we get to the number

1. Volume tier
Under 50 drops a month sits in Starter (KWD 1.250 / drop). 50–500 lands in Growth (KWD 1.000 / drop). 500+ unlocks Enterprise (from KWD 0.750 / drop, subject to lane and parcel mix).
2. Parcel weight
Light parcels under 2 kg are the base rate. Medium (2–10 kg) adds KWD 0.150. Heavy (10–25 kg) adds KWD 0.350. Bulky 25 kg+ moves to a per-drop quote — we'll need to see it.
3. Far governorate share
Routes are tighter in the Capital–Hawalli–Farwaniya core. When more than 40% of your customers sit in Ahmadi or Jahra (longer drives, fewer in-cluster stops), we add KWD 0.100 / drop to cover the kilometres.

COD handling, weekly reconciliation, customer SMS, POD photos and one retry are included at every tier. Returns to sender are billed at KWD 0.500 flat. VAT is not applicable in Kuwait.
